Hole 8 — Audacity

Par 5 • 561/533 yards

The entire length of this “Cape Hole” is fraught with danger on both sides. With trees framing the left side and a gorge on the right, bite off as much as you dare. Once in the fairway, the gambler will give this cliffside green a rip in two shots. Better make it count. Any shot to the right will cascade down an 85 foot cliff. Anything short will be swallowed up by the abyss. If a lay-up is in the offing, the third is no easy trick due to the lack of depth perception provided by the green complex.
